This patient of mine had #SalineImplants placed 14 years ago and noticed her right breast had been progressively shrinking over the last couple of weeks after a right breast implant rupture.
We took this opportunity to change out the implants to new #SiliconeImplants and to increase the size a little on both sides. 🍒
